About the Event

The 2025 International Baking Industry Exposition (IBIE) is co-hosted by the Retail Bakers Association (RBA), the Bakery Equipment Manufacturers Association (BEMA), and the American Bakers Association (ABA). Dawn Foods is a proud annual member of the RBA and Allied member of the ABA.

This event is held every three years and will once again be located at the Las Vegas Convention Center in 2025.

Apparel:

Plan to wear a Dawn branded shirt each day you will be at the trade show, September 14 through 17.

Please wear black, white, or khaki pants or skirts during the trade show, no blue jeans. Any comfortable shoes that you can stand and walk in for an extended periodare a good option.

Layers Recommended: Temperatures will vary between the hotel, outdoors, and the convention center. We suggest dressing in layers and have included a Dawn long-sleeved pullover and polos in the apparel options.

Name Badges:

Your name badge will be ordered by the planning team based on your RSVP, you do not need to register with IBIE directly.

1 Do I need to pre-register my location for the event?

Pre-registration is suggested as it will make your entry into the event seamless, avoiding long registration lines and getting you right to your tastings. Pre-registration also ensures we are able to accurately link your account information to your post-event tracking, ensuring your incentive opportunities are connected to your attendance.
Registration will also be available on-site for additional guests, with a full registration team ready to assist you as needed.

2 How will my information be used?

By providing a valid email address, we will be able to send you event-day information including a quick-scan QR code for easy entry and access to our Performance Foodservice Events app. Additional details such as parking and venue information will also be sent prior to the event to answer any questions you may have.
Following the event, a capture of your items booked will be sent to the email address you place on file so you can be sure you are ordering the items you loved. Your information will not be used for any other purpose, is not carried over and is not shared with anyone outside of Performance Foodservice without your consent.

3 Is the event free to attend? Is there a limit to the number of guests I may bring?

Yes, this event is free to attend, but is closed to the public. We encourage you to pre-register prior to arrival as all guests will be asked to check in prior to browsing our many vendor displays. Guests are welcome, and you are encouraged to bring any member of your staff you wish to learn more about our products and services.

4 Why should I download the Performance Foodservice Events app?

During our live event hours, guests will be able to interact with booths using easy-to-scan codes to book their own product and lock in bonus payout opportunities. Once you download, please use your email address to log in to the app – no password is required!

5 How do I maximize my payout potential?

Every customer walking through the door already has show deals locked in as a potential payout* but you can give yourself even more reward by using our Performance Foodservice Events app to book product at the show and create a payout bonus. For every new item you are not already buying that is booked through the app, you will earn the listed allowance for all cases you purchase during our shipping period.
The shipping period following our event will run from October 20 thru December 28, 2024. You must purchase the cases booked during this timeframe to earn bonus monies. *ask your sales rep for information on how to earn your potential payout!

6 Where is parking available downtown?

We understand the concern of parking availability at this venue, and have done everything in our power to make this experience as easy for you as possible. Please find several options below to guide you to your best option.
